Allie Twidwell
Allie (she/her) is a Portland, Oregon therapist specializing in neurodivergent adults, ADHD, and Autism.
She works with clients who are seeking clarity, self-understanding, and more authentic ways of living. Her approach is compassionate, curious, and direct, creating a supportive space where clients feel safe exploring their inner world without judgment.
Allie practices from a trauma-informed, feminist, and anti-oppression lens, always centering client autonomy and lived experience. She draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and relational approaches to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and self-connection.
With over eight years of experience in mental health, including adventure therapy and hospital-based treatment, Allie brings both grounding and creativity to her work. She is passionate about helping clients understand how their unique brains work, supporting unmasking, self-trust, and authentic living.
Allie provides therapy for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, trauma, and identity exploration, and she is committed to LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming care. For adults ready to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and live with more ease, Allie offers therapy rooted in warmth, clarity, and care.
