If you’ve spent much of your life being the helper, the achiever, or the one who keeps it all together, and you’re beginning to wonder whether these patterns still serve you, this can be a supportive space to explore what change might look like at your own pace.
I currently work with adults and bring previous experience supporting children and adolescents, giving me a deep appreciation for how our stories, relationships, and experiences across the lifespan continue to shape us. I have a particular passion for supporting folks from marginalized communities and those exploring questions of identity, belonging, and self-understanding. As a queer Filipino immigrant raised in Guam, I understand how culture, migration, family, and community can shape the way we make sense of ourselves and our place in the world. I also recognize that our experiences don’t exist in isolation. Our identities intersect in ways that can create both resilience and hardship, and those experiences deserve care and attention.
Together, we can work to better understand your inner world, make sense of the patterns that have helped you survive, and build tools that support the life you want to live moving forward. My hope is that our sessions feel collaborative, grounded, and paced in a way that honors where you are right now. This can be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to come home to who you are.
